Aesthetics Savings Club – FAQs

What is the Aesthetics Savings Club?
A monthly membership where you pay £50 or £100 via Direct Debit and build Treatment Credits to use on any aesthetic service. Plus, get 5% or 10% off every treatment!
How do the credits work?
Every £1 you pay = £1 in credits. These are stored in your account and can be used anytime within 24 months. Credits have no cash value and are for treatments only.
What if I only have £50 but want a £300 treatment?
No problem! You use your £50 credit, and simply pay the remaining £250 at the time of booking. We’ll apply your Club discount first (e.g., 5% off = £285 total, so you pay £235). No treatment is ever provided on credit.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes — 6 months. After that, cancel anytime with 7 days’ notice. Your credits stay in your account (subject to expiry).
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Yes — within 14 days of signing up (online/distance), you get a full refund (minus any treatments used). After that, unused credits are non-refundable but remain usable.
What happens if I miss a payment?
A £10 admin fee applies. Your access to credits is paused until resolved. You’re protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.
Do credits expire?
Yes — 24 months from your last payment or redemption. If you pause for 60+ days, they expire after 12 months of inactivity.
Is this safe? Are you a bank?
No — we’re not a bank. Your payments are prepayments for future treatments, handled securely by GoCardless (Bacs-approved). We don’t hold client money under FCA rules.
