This is achieved using thumb, finger, and hand massage techniques without the use of oil or lotion.

The Reflexology Diploma is an intense two-day course which will enable you to pursue a career in reflexology. 

The course covers theory (including Anatomy & Physiology) & teaches you the physical routines & methods. 

After this, three case studies will need to be recorded and marked in order to achieve certification.
